Terms & conditions

• Cashback earned will be available in the customer’s wallet the next cinema day, after the movie session is complete
• customers must have a verfied mobile number to earn Cashback
• Cashback is applied to cinema tickets only, excluding any additional charges (booking fees, etc.)
• Cashback will only be applied on the amount using Card, Apple Pay or STC Pay. any amount paid by other method, won't be eligible for Cashback 
• Cashback does not apply to concessions, F&B offers, merchandise, vouchers, or free tickets
• Your Cashback balance is not transferable
• Your cashback balance is not exchangeable for a cash payout and is not a liability owed to you by muvi Cinemas
• Cashback balances are ineligible for redemption unless the customer profile is complete
• The Cashback expiry period is 30 days only
• Once expired, cashback cannot be restored or extended
• The cashback expiry date commences from the date the cashback amount is credited to the customer’s wallet
• Once a customer uses a refund wallet amount to re-book a movie, then the customer will earn cashback in the normal manner.
• If a Cashback balance is used to pay for a booking, that booking cannot be cancelled
• You cannot use a Cashback balance to pay for any offer.
• This offer is available only through the muvi Cinemas website and application
• This offer cannot be exchanged for any other offer
• The offer cannot be combined with other offers and discounts
• muvi Cinemas reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future at any time
• muvi Cinemas reserves the right to terminate Muvi cashback at its sole discretion at any time
